His presence and support contributed to ensuring student safety and helping manage the moment with professionalism and compassion.
I wanted to send a compliment to someone who had not notified me of a problem with our garage, and so I don't know quite who to send a compliment to, but it's a Bravo for having someone call me up when patrol services have discovered a problem with our garage door. And one thing I'm going to point out is that we have numbers above our garage, so it wasn't actually our garage door, but I appreciated getting the call because we resolved it within the next day.
Thanks for always trying to do what is best for our community and keep us informed. I wanted to share some thoughts with you after having our garage inspection last night. First of all, last night around 6:30, Jim and I took this picture of the guest parking on Surf Landing. It was shocking to say the least, and it was the same for Surf Dr. I think this is a first in the 27 years we have lived here. Our thought was that since people thought the deadline was Aug.1, they all finally decided to get their cars into their garages.
Just to let you know that Officer Junior continues to be a valuable asset to the security of our community. Last week, he notified me that one of the back doors of our Clubhouse was left unlocked so anyone could have gained access if they tried the doors... He also reported a dead possum in the pool area that was quickly removed. Today he has reported and tried to secure an open garage door belonging to a condo unit. Above all, he takes time to talk to me a few times a week about some security concerns which I find very helpful.
We had our board meeting last night and one of the residents made a comment about one of your security officers. He said that AJ was amazing, took his time and did his job. Most security officers drive quickly through the neighborhood never really looking. The resident (who is like our own security guard) has noticed this guy and has talked with him. Just to let you know, even when you don’t think someone is watching and noticing, they are! Please relay to AJ a heartfelt thanks for the work he does for our community.
I would like to commend Officer Jr. (star 668) for his exemplary patrolling of Arrow Station. This past week alone, Jr. alerted me to a fire alarm sounding off, asked a person to remove alcohol from the pool area, and identified a resident who was dumping off a large mattress by the dumpster. Jr. always leaves a well written report with me. In the past, he has gone above and beyond by helping a resident push a stalled car and he frequently escorts transients off the property.

I wanted to share with you that both my wife and I have been dealing with Ms. Dee Padilla at your Permit department to be able to renew our annual parking permit. Dee is professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. She’s very pleasant to deal with. You are lucky to have Dee as part of your team. We just wanted to take a moment to thank you and Tony for the exceptional service that we receive from your company. Having someone that takes the time to explain details is rare these days, but with Tony, he has the patience and ability to communicate, at times confusing instructions, very well.

I can say, with absolute certainty, that he is a profound asset to your team and company.
I would like to send this email on behalf of the SHADY TRAILS security Guard Marcos. He is doing an excellent job patrolling our neighborhood and chasing away young kids who are smoking marijuana near my home. He is very visible and very polite and kind. He makes his presence known by patrolling on a regular basis. This is the best security I ever seen since we moved here April 2020.
We have never had a summer security person like we had this year; Mikey is the best! In a very short time, he had his thumb on the pulse of this community - knowing who belongs here and who does not. I’ve witnessed him handling situations such as improperly parked cars and trespassers with professionalism, firmness and kindness all at the same time.
A few weeks ago we waved down our security making his rounds, to thank him for doing such a GREAT job. His name is Marco. We have lived here almost 3 yrs and this company, specially Marco, as we observed him for weeks was doing something we expected and appreciated very much. Finally, we felt we had security in this gated neighborhood. He drives slowly with his security lights and looks around.
I wanted to let the administration know that the new security person Marco is doing a great job. He drives down all of the portions of Laurel Oaks, at a nice slow speed, with a good frequency. This is a refreshing change from the prior personnel who would drive at breakneck speed. In addition to being thorough he makes an effort to get to know vehicles and residents.
This is CRAZY - at the EXACT moment you sent this, I was on the phone to follow up on this but was pulled away to something else. You guys are so in sync. We are SO glad you are our company here at Antigua. Y’all ROCK!

He had found a person sleeping in their car in the community and advised them to leave. Early this morning a resident crashed into the gate going out and broke both gates. Thanks to our two guards Alfredo and Victor, they got the license and id'd the resident. Then they manually opened both gates which isn't easy. They did a great job, quick thinking and so helpful, we were able to avoid massive commuter gridlock.
It has been a pleasure working alongside of you. Your staff has always been respectful and kind. I would like to specifically recognize Omar. I really appreciated Jerry's service last Thursday night. We had a homeless guy in our community and Jerry came quickly and walked all the areas with me. The community surrounding Harbor Island would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to Derek Hammand for his alertness this week. Derek observed a suspicious person casing houses for burglary, tracked them carefully, and alerted the Newport Beach Police Department, who successfully made an arrest.
