Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of patrolmasters.com and any Patrol Masters web portals, including the resident portal, CommandCenter manager portal, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Patrol Masters provides HOA security patrol services, parking enforcement, permit management, Safelist vehicle authorization, paid parking systems, and related technology platforms to authorized HOA communities. Service scope and terms are defined in individual service agreements between Patrol Masters and each HOA client.

2. Portal Access

Access to the resident portal and CommandCenter is granted to authorized users of communities with active Patrol Masters service agreements. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for all activity under their accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may not: misrepresent vehicle ownership or registration information; create fraudulent Safelist entries or guest passes; attempt to circumvent parking enforcement systems; or use portal data for any purpose other than legitimate community management.

4. Citation and Enforcement Policy

Citations issued by Patrol Masters officers are based on community-approved enforcement rules. Dispute procedures are established by the respective HOA. Patrol Masters provides the documentation and evidence; the HOA is responsible for establishing and administering dispute resolution.

5. Limitation of Liability

Patrol Masters' liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the month in which any claim arises. Patrol Masters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Security services do not guarantee the prevention of all crimes or unauthorized activities.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, California courts.
